Rihanna Childhood Photo Takes Off Online
Rihanna’s passport photo from when she was younger has gone viral online, racking up more than 10 million views.
A fan of the Barbados-born singer posted a thread of photos to X, formerly Twitter, tracking Rihanna’s career. The first is of a smiling Rihanna as a youngster complete with plaited pigtails and a passport stamp over it.
Other photos in the thread including an image of Rihanna’s childhood home and another of the singer as a toddler posing with her mom in a church.
Music fans loved the informative thread and marveled over the throwback photos.

It’s not the first time the superstar has gone viral this week. Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky, celebrated their son RZA’s second birthday on May 11 in New York City. A video appeared online of Rihanna holding RZA upside down at the event, swaying him side to side as people sing him “Happy Birthday.”
People were divided about how she was holding her son, with many defending the singer, but others saying she was holding him incorrectly.
“Hopefully it’s going viral for being cute because I don’t see a problem here?” @mouthy_mom_ wrote on X.
