Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori could go to jail for indecent exposure in Paris
She wore panties without underwear at the French capital’s Fashion Week
Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, could face charges of indecent exposure in Paris. The controversy comes after her outfit at Paris Fashion Week, where she wore an outfit that some consider obscene.
The outfit in question was a black top with transparencies that exposed a large part of her chest. She paired the top with black fishnet stockings and a long skirt with a side slit. The outfit generated criticism for being considered inappropriate for a public space. Mainly because underneath the tights she was not wearing underwear.
As explained in article 222-32 of the new French Penal Code, in force since 1994, it punishes the deliberate sexual exhibition before third parties in public areas with one year of imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.
