Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello’s marriage officially ended on Thursday, after a judge signed off on their divorce settlement and formalized the division of the assets that each of the couple brought in, after they acknowledged the validity of their prenuptial agreement.
According to Page Six, the former couple had a prenuptial agreement and never declared the acquisition of any joint property.
Manganiello, 47, walked out on the couple with his clothes, jewellery and ‘miscellaneous personal effects’, as well as all of their ‘earnings and accumulations’ from July 2, 2023, when they announced their breakup.
For her part, the Colombian actress and model kept all her personal effects, including jewellery and clothing, as well as her earnings, also from the date indicated.

The couple announced their split after seven years of marriage in a statement, saying: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce.
“As two people who love and care deeply for each other, we politely ask for respect for our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives,” they added.
