In a live conversation with her fans, the World No. 3 was asked about her outfit for Roland Garros. Gauff revealed that she was shown a lot of sketches of the dress, including ones of kits designed for her for the next few years.As a result, the 20-year-old embarrassingly admitted, she got them all mixed up in her mind and couldn’t immediately tell fans what color the 2024 French Open outfit was going to look like with absolute certainty.
“I low-key forgot what my Roland Garros outfit looks like. It’s coming tomorrow, I think it’s grey. They showed me a lot of sketches… I know what stuff looks like 3-4 years from now and I get them mixed up.
“I forgot which one is actually for this year, but I’m pretty sure it’s gray,” Gauff said (on TikTok Live, as shared by Twitter user ‘christianscourt’).
Gauff reached the quarterfinals of the French Open in her appearance last year, where she lost to eventual champion Iga Swiatek. This year, the American is seeded No. 3 in Paris and will not meet Swiatek before the semifinals.
