Coco Gauff showed off an interesting hobby leaving her fans awestruck! This Roland Garros WTA Doubles champion has been delighting her fans with her knack for fantasy novels. Now she took up the charge to share this unexplored side of her character vividly. As Gauff opens up about her new challenge this year, the fraternity can’t help but praise her “reading challenge this year” in the era of web series and Netflix.
The 20-year-old tennis player recently took to her official Instagram story to share a screenshot of her 2024 Reading Challenge’s books and wrote- “halfway through my reading challenge this year.” In her next story, she again added another screenshot where the remaining books in her list are visible. “the other half of the books I’ve read so far this year that didn’t show in the last story picture. in case anyone cared which you probably don’t lol but still going to share”- wrote the reigning US Open champion.
However, the American WTA star didn’t stop with just sharing two screenshots. She again added a picture of her latest read Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros and wrote- “this is the last book story I promise lol but this is my most recent read.” Gauff’s Instagram updates represented that she has a knack for reading and renowned authors like Viola Davis, and Haruki Murakami are on her list. However, she was spotted having a great admiration for Rebecca Yarros as many of the author’s books were spotted in her reading challenge list.
Gauff’s love for reading has already delighted her fans. They remember this US Open champion’s four-year-old tweet on World Book Day, where she tweeted a photo of her favorite books featuring Michelle Obama’s Becoming and Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist. “In honor of #WorldBookDay here are some of my favorite books! I love reading so can you guys give me some book recommendations?”- tweeted Gauff.
