Elton John snubs Prince Harry’s birthday and sends flowers as James Cordon also fails to show

Prince Harry is turning 40 but thoughts of having a glittering birthday bash seem to be out of the window as guests may be too thin on the ground.

Amid speculation that the estranged royal is not enjoying his American venture as much as publicly shared, it has now been reported that celebrity friends and old school pals would be not be making the trip to California to help celebrate the milestone birthday.

The Sun has reported that Harry would be heading to the mountains for a weekend getaway while Meghan and Harry have stated that they would be celebrating at home in Montecito, ­California. While there were hopes that the likes of pop legend Sir Elton John would be there to serenade the prince on his special day, a local flower shop manager Felipe Sandoval told The Sun: “Elton always orders orchids in a white container and we are coordinating with them to deliver for Harry’s birthday. He sent the same thing for the Duchess of Sussex’s birthday too
