Swift was met with rain during her performance at the Groupama Stadium in Lyon — but made room for some rainbows with a lively performance of ‘You Need to Calm Down’
Taylor Swift is celebrating the start of Pride Month in France as she continues the European leg of her Eras Tour.
On Sunday, June 2, the “Tortured Poets Department” singer performed at Groupama Stadium in Lyon, France, for her first Eras Tour show of the month — and wished the crowd a happy month celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.
“Happy Pride Month, Lyon,” Swift, 34, could be heard telling the audience as she performed “You Need to Calm Down,” a song she wrote in 2019 as an anthem for the queer community. As she sang the hit, rainbow lights and decor lit up the stage and fans waved their hands back and forth.
